What if the product is faulty ? Can I return it?

30 Kisses offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY (from the date you receive your product) if the product purchased is faulty.

Due to the personal nature of the goods we cannot offer returns for any other reason than the product is faulty.

Please rest assured we take great care in ensuring our products meet our high level of expectation and quality control.

However in exceptional cases if a product is deemed faulty it will be replaced with an identical product.

If we cant replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing an other product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please email us with your order number, the item name and a description of the problem.
(It is the customers responsibility to return to us the faulty product, at the customers expense.

The replacement product will be sent out to you (no charge) within 3 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
