How much is Shipping?

Shipping is only $7.95 Australia wide.

For orders over $150 shipping is FREE.

You can save money with our cheap flat rate shipping anywhere in Australia.

Orders are generally shipped using Australia Post Express Post.

Some orders may be shipped using our contracted couriers or regular post depending

on the weight of the order or the delivery location.

International orders are $19.95 per order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours in the vast majority of cases once payment has been cleared.

Please allow slightly longer during peak periods.

If your order cannot be shipped within 48 hours you will receive email notification.

Normal turn around time for most orders is gerally between 3-5 business days.

Due to our very large range certain products may take a little longer, however you will receive notification in this case

( Please Note: Lingerie items generally can take between 2-4 weeks as they are shipped from International suppliers.

If lingerie items are purchased with other products from our store they will be shipped separately.)

What if I am not home when Australia Post delivers the parcel?

If you are not home when Australia post arrives, you will be left a card from Australia Post notifying you that you can collect the parcel fom your Australia Post shop.
