10. The Price given by 30 Kisses is given in Australian Dollars and
include GST, but do not include postage or any other levy, tax or duty
unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. All postage, levies, and duties whether Australian or otherwise shall
be paid for by the Customer at the time of purchase or prior to the
delivery of the goods.

12. To purchase goods from 30 Kisses, the Customer shall complete
the order form ("Order") and include payment. Thirty Kisses shall not,
under any circumstances, be obliged to accept the Order.

13. 30 Kisses shall confirm the Order and receipt of payment by giving
written notice to that effect to the Customer ("Confirmation").

14. The Order and Confirmation shall constitute a binding contract
between 30 Kisses and the Customer ("Contract") obliging 30
Kisses to deliver the goods specified in the Order.

15. The Customer shall not be entitled to withdraw from or revoke the
Order after Confirmation without the prior written consent of 30
Kisses.

16. Any special offer made by 30 Kisses shall remain open to the
Customer for the period stated.

17. Delivery times are supplied by 30 Kisses in good faith and
represent an estimate only. 30 Kisses shall not be liable for any
delay in the delivery of goods.

18. The Customer shall, within fourteen (14) days of delivery of goods by
30 Kisses, inspect the goods and give written notice of any error or
defect in the goods. Failing the Customer giving such notice, the
goods shall, for all purposes, be deemed to have been delivered in
proper working order.

19. If notice is given within the fourteen (14) days and upon receipt of the
defective goods from the Customer by return, 30 Kisses shall
replace the goods at no additional cost to the Customer.

20. Due to the personal nature of the goods, goods may only be returned
if defective.

21. 30 Kisses shall not under any circumstances be or become liable
to the Customer for any consequential loss, damage or expense
which may arise out of, or in consequence of, any fault or defect in
the goods.

22. 30 Kisses shall not under any circumstances be or become liable
to the Customer for any consequential loss, damage, injury or
expense which may arise out of, or in consequence of, the use by the
Customer of the goods.

23. In the absence of express alternative arrangements, 30 Kisses
shall correspond with the Customer by way of ordinary pre-paid post
or personal delivery to the address of the Customer.

24. When sent by way of ordinary post, correspondence shall be deemed
to have been received by the Customer on the day following such
posting.

25. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with 30 Kisses' Privacy
Policy and subject always to 30 Kisses' Disclaimer.

26. No waiver by 30 Kisses of any particular breach of these Terms by
the Customer shall amount to or be deemed to amount to an
acquiescence by 30 Kisses to any subsequent breach of these
Terms by the Customer.

27. 30 Kisses shall have the right to amend, vary or alter these in any
manner which it thinks fit provided written notice is given prior to the
Confirmation.

28. The Contract between 30 Kisses and the Customer shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of Victoria.

29. Any of these terms which in any way contravene or infringe any law
of the Commonwealth of Australia or the State of Victoria shall, to the
extent of any such contravention or infringement and without affecting
the remainder of these terms, be severable and severed from any
contracts between 30 Kisses and the Customer.

Gift Card Terms & conditions

This 30 Kisses Gift Card is redeemable only on the 30 Kisses website for Australia. This card expires 12 months from the date of issue.

To redeem this card you must have 30 Kisses login. subject to prior acceptance of usage terms.

To open an account you must be above the age of 18 and in Australia. 30 Kisses Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for cash refund, or exchanged for cash.

Unused balances are non-transferable.

Alternate payment methods as on www.30kisses.com.au, credit or debit card must be used for purchasesexceeding the amount of this card.

Risk of loss and title for this card passes to the purchaser on transfer.

30 kisses is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of lost or stolen cards or use without your permission. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If any of these terms are not valid or enforceable, the other terms will not be affected. 30 kisses reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
